Seba Sanchez was born in Buenos Aires in 1977, at a time when punk and Hip-Hop were being born in the world, from this point on Seba’s life would be marked by music.
A childhood spent between records and cassettes which by the time he reached his adolescence would become CD’s and MTV. Music Videos and the art of Scorsese, Jean Luc Godard and Jodorowsky would lead him down the path of film.
In the beginning of his career as a director, Sebastian won multiple awards most notably for his video clips for Babasonicos, Julieta Venegas and Gustavo Cerati among others.
In 2006 he was summoned by Tarsem to film the second unit of his film “The Fall”. An experience that would mark him for life. Since then he has shot commercials for the biggest brands in multiple markets and geographies.
He is currently a partner and founder of Austria in Buenos Aires, Argentina but has his eyes set on the US market.
